Acknowledgement of Country

    • Met with the convener/tutor for feedback on classes.

    • Wednesdays 3-4 PM, at BIPOC Base or via Zoom.

  11. Indigenous Department

    • Collective meetings: odd weeks on Mondays 5:30 PM at Tjabal Centre.

    • Amendments in progress; amendments require a collective meeting vote.

  • Stayed within the budget for O-Week.

Social Officer Report

  1. First Sem Party

    • Location: Sideways (pending response), considering other locations.

    • Date: Week 7.

    • Theme: Brainstorming themes, mindful of inclusivity towards Indigenous people.

  2. Chai n Chats

    • Fortnightly on Mondays at 10 AM, alternating with BIPOC Talks.

    • Planning collaborations with ANU departments.

    • Planning to hold a ball this year, ensuring compliance with Safe Space Policy.

Advocacy Officer Report

  1. Palestinian Educational Panel

    • Organizing the panel.

    • Finalizing the report, documentary needs editing.

Motion Regarding Officer Stipend
