Acknowledgement of Country
The ANU BIPOC Department acknowledges the traditional owners of this land, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples. We pay our respects to Elders, past, present, and emerging. We acknowledge that this land was stolen and sovereignty was never ceded. We welcome all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to our Collective and commit to standing with our First Nations people.
Officer Report
End of Year Summary
Today marks the last collective meeting of the year, totaling 24 meetings.
The academic year is nearly over, but there is still work to be done.
Handover
Handover processes should happen overnight.
Members encouraged to share ideas for O-Week or other big events.
Zine
The zine has been delayed by about a week but is now complete.
Sending off for printing, with the launch and potluck planned for next week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).
Many contributions, including writings and photos, have been received.
Documentary
Work will resume after exams.
The documentary will be shown to lawyers first to avoid legal issues.
Meeting with University
Selena attended a meeting with the officer earlier in the week.
Safe Space
Issues with the space have been communicated to Facilities and Services (F&S).
The president, Ben Yates, has also been involved.
F&S has been frequently entering and exiting the space while the officer waited around.
Privilege of Being Officer
The officer expressed gratitude for the privilege of serving in the role this year.

Thanked the members for the opportunity to serve.
