Dean shared her projects from Kings and asked for BIPOC-aligned projects for ANU.
Job opportunity: Summer Break Job to write a report on BIPOC attainment in grades.
Visiting Fellowships: Creating space for diverse voices.
Global South Visiting Fellows for conducting research.
'Diversity with Excellence': Ensuring high-quality candidates with a focus on diversity.
Code of Conduct and Diversity and Inclusion policies.
Decolonization of Curriculum initiated by CASS.
Cluster Hire: Focus on global challenges and related courses.
Associate Dean:
New role within CASS for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
