Acknowledgement of Country

The ANU BIPOC Department acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples, and pays respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. Emphasis on sovereignty never being ceded.

    • James Brann has acknowledged delays in the Safe Space timeline.

    • Recent tour revealed the space is in Old Griffin and is spacious.

    • ANU will not supply furniture, but there are existing pieces around campus that can be used.

    • Elections are next week; candidates can submit a speech if unavailable.

    • Dr. Karo is seeking students to help with the Decolonising the University Fighting Racism and Bigotry Panel on the 14th at Kinloch.
