The ANU BIPOC Department acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples, and pays respect to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

BIPOC Officer Report

1. SRC motion

   • Submitting a motion 

   • For ANUSA to support the existence of a BIPOC Base Mural and support the autonomy of the safe space 

   • Aleesya moving, Tian seconding

2. Racism report

   • Gone through comments left by Maria

   • Will send questions to consultant for review

3. Woroni

   • Went on Woroni podcast to introduce people to BIPOC Department

Social Officer Report

1. Sem 1 Party

   • Went to Shadows and spoke to owner

   • Locked in venue and date (May 10th)

2. Zine

   • Encourage exec to contribute 

   • Extend due date from March 28th to end of mid-semester break

3. Chai and chats next week

   • No need to do FoC 

   • Book in with lab
