Key Updates and Action Items:

1. BIPOC Officer Elections:

• Nominees for BIPOC Officer positions include Aleesya and Tian. Elections are ongoing, and team members are encouraged to continue promoting the available positions on social media and within residential halls.

2. Last Collective Dinner Budget:

• Chia is responsible for providing the budget for the last collective dinner of the year, ensuring all expenses are covered.

3. End-of-Year Event Planning:

• Sabina is leading the planning for the end-of-year event, which could include options like a potluck, picnic, or a final dinner after elections.

4. Chalk Mural Event and Permanent Mural Search:

• The chalk mural event is scheduled for Thursday, Week 10. Discussions are ongoing about commissioning a permanent mural for the BIPOC Base, and the team is in the process of searching for an artist.
